Symphony was founded in 2014 by Tracey James, who had an ambition to help small businesses flourish by providing a range of services from consultancy to hands-on support. Tracey’s background in financial services spanned more than 20 years, during which time she played a pivotal role to a wide range of businesses and individuals achieve financial security and independence.
